Out of all the pages on this website, this is possibly the hardest page to write.
Every company claims to put the customer first and provide a great customer experience. How many do you know that really deliver on that claim?
So I’m not going to sit here and tell you we are wonderful, because words don’t mean a lot. Often they turn out to be empty.
All I can do is ask you to try us and see how you get on.
What we will do is try our hardest. For example during office hours (Monday 9am – 5pm, excluding Bank Holidays) we aim to answer any email queries within four hours. Your emails will get answered outside of office hours, but replies will take a little longer.
All order received before 4pm are sent out the same day on working days. Postage is free too.
Although we try to get everything right occasionally things do go wrong. When this happens we do all we can to put it right as quickly as possible. An example of this is if your order is lost in the post. If this happens we will send out a replacement by 1st Class post. Your replacement will be sent the same day as long as the post office is open.
You also benefit from our 365 day refund policy. As long as an item has not been opened or used and is in the condition it was delivered in you can send it back to us for a refund at any time within 365 days of buying it from us. Sometimes items look different when they arrive than they look like on your computer screen, so it is important for you to know that we will accept an item back with no quibble.
From time to time we all buy something in error. If you do this it is not a problem. As long as it is unused and in mint condition just send it back to us for a refund.
As a new company we realise we have to try harder and offer a better level of service compared to more established companies if we are to stand out. What we really want is to make you so happy that you keep coming back to us when you are ready to buy.
